How? We use StarTrack Couriers (who are currently phasing in fully degradable satchels) for most of our deliveries except items to PO Boxes and Northern Territory which are sent by Australia Post.  Each package has an identification number which allows us to track the article, and a signature is collected upon delivery for extra security of your goods.  If you are not home when the parcel is delivered the courier will leave a card advising you of how to collect your package. 

If you wish your item to be left if you are not home, please advise us in the comments box at checkout.  We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are not signed for.

Some large items are shipped direct from our suppliers, this saves precious fuel transporting goods from one side of the country to the other, then sometimes back again! 

If you are sending a gift we can wrap for free and send out.  The Invoice will be sent separately to you.

When? Whilst we hold most items in stock, some items may sell out and will take a little more time.  If this is more than the general delivery time of 4-10 working days, we will contact you to advise of approximate delivery date.  You will have the option to change or cancel your order if you wish.  We aim to dispatch items daily from Busselton, WA Monday-Friday (except WA public holidays).  

How much?  The prices below are for Australia wide and are calulated automatically in our Shopping Cart, We hope this is a fair system and actually pay a portion of the overall cost of postage ourselves, but if you have a query please contact us :
