Gift Certificates may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the value stated on the Certificate on payment of the difference.
Gift Certificates can be redeemed at www.thekidsdepot.com.au.
Gift Certificates will be mailed free of charge within Australia.
If any product purchased with a Gift Certificate is subsequently exchanged for a product of a lower price or a refund, any money owing will be provided on a revised Certificate.
The Gift Certificate cannot be exchanged for cash.
If you do not spend the entire balance on the Gift Certificate the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction and a revised Certificate issued.
Gift Certificates can be issued with a minimum value of $5 and have a maximum value limit of $500.
Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Please treat Gift Certificates as cash. The Kids Depot will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged Certificates.
Gift Certificates cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
The Kids Depot reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Gift Certificates at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the Certificate if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your legal rights. |
